Return Policy
At Jasmine Uhrik, every work is created and packed by hand in London. We want you to love your piece. This Returns Policy sets out when you can return an item, what we will do for you, and what we cannot accept returns on. It also explains your legal rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Your right to cancel (UK orders)
If you are a consumer based in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the artwork, for any reason. To exercise this right, please email jasmineuhrik@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery stating that you wish to cancel.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return the artwork. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the artwork until it reaches us — please use a tracked and insured service.
Once we receive the returned artwork in its original condition, we will refund the price you paid for the item (and the standard outbound shipping cost, if applicable) using the original payment method within 14 days.
International orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, we offer the same 14-day change-of-mind window as a goodwill gesture, on the same conditions as above. Return shipping costs, and any customs duties or import VAT paid on the outbound shipment, are not refundable.
Items we cannot accept for change-of-mind returns:

Commissioned paintings and any artwork made specifically to your brief or to your specifications.

Works with custom framing or bespoke framing options, as these are made to order by our framer for the artwork you chose.

Gift cards.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Sale”.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Prints
Rolled canvas prints and unframed paper prints can be returned under the 14-day change-of-mind window, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please handle prints with clean gloves or a soft, lint-free cloth, as fingerprints and marks can be permanent. Contact jasmineuhrik@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your print.
Stretched and framed prints are considered made to order and, like framed originals, cannot be returned for change of mind.
Original artworks
Original artworks with our standard (non-custom) framing options are covered by the 14-day change-of-mind window above. Originals with custom framing are made specifically for your chosen work and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Damaged or faulty items
Every artwork we ship is carefully packed and fully insured. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or is faulty, we will make it right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:

Take clear photos of the external packaging, the shipping label on the box, and the damage to the artwork, frame, or print.

Keep all original packaging — we may need it for the insurance claim.

Email the photos to jasmineuhrik@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We will then arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping that is needed.
How to start a return

Email jasmineuhrik@gmail.com within the applicable window (14 days for change of mind, or 48 hours for damage) with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will confirm in writing whether the return is accepted and, for change-of-mind returns, share the return address.

Pack the artwork carefully in its original packaging and send it using a tracked and insured service. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed your return — items returned without prior agreement cannot be accepted.
Refunds and store credit
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned artwork. Where the 14-day cancellation window has passed, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit with no expiry date so you can take your time finding the right piece.
Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. For damaged or faulty items, all shipping costs are refunded or covered by us.
