Jasmine Uhrik's work focuses primarily on figures and still life, exploring the intersection of form, light, and narrative. she is drawn to tension in pose and in composition and utilises expressive brushstrokes and bold graphic marks that sit in contrast against softer atmospheric passages ​IN an attempt to distill the essence of a subject, capturing the specific emotion and mood of a fleeting moment.
