Shipping Policy
All artworks are shipped from London, United Kingdom. We ship to the UK and internationally. Every piece is packed by hand and sent with tracked, fully insured shipping.
Processing times

Unframed works and rolled prints: dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.

Framed works and commissions with custom framing: please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for framing before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your artwork has been dispatched.
United Kingdom
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, Parcelforce, or a dedicated courier for larger works, depending on size and value. All UK shipments are tracked and fully insured.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of the artwork.

We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

International (rest of world)
International orders are sent via Parcelforce Global, Royal Mail International Tracked, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination and size of the artwork. All international shipments are tracked and fully insured.

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the artwork and the destination country.

Packaging and size limits
To keep your artwork safe in transit and to keep shipping costs reasonable, the following packaging rules apply:

UK orders: artworks larger than 76 x 76 cm will be shipped unframed and rolled in a protective tube.

International orders: artworks larger than 40 x 40 cm will be shipped unframed and rolled in a protective tube.
If you would like a larger work shipped stretched or framed, please email jasmineuhrik@gmail.com before ordering for a custom shipping quote.
Customs, duties and import VAT (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, handling fees, and local VAT / sales tax levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost at checkout, and we have no control over them.
In accordance with UK export regulations, we are required to declare the true contents and value of every international shipment on the customs form. If you have questions about duties or import taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Tracking and insurance
Every order is fully insured up to the declared value. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Please keep an eye on the tracking and, if you are not in when delivery is attempted, follow the carrier’s instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
Delayed, lost or undelivered parcels
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days (UK) or 14 business days (international), please email jasmineuhrik@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate. As every shipment is insured, lost parcels are covered and we will arrange a replacement or full refund once the carrier’s claims process is complete.
